Description:
Intake officer interviews applicants to determine eligibility. Fee guidelines apply using the federal poverty guidelines. Qualifying applicants may have court costs and fees waived. Applicant must apply in person, must be a Hancock County resident and the case must be held in Hancock County. No criminal cases accepted.
