A non-profit organization designed to care for children who have been physically or mentally abused, neglected, or abandoned. Youth are referred by Courts or Division of Family and Children. Programs include group homes for children 6-18 years of age, transitional living for youth 16-21, adoption services for placement of special needs children, and specialized family, foster care services for children birth - 18 with emotional and behavioral problems.
