Description:
A state wide program that offers a variety of services to parents of newborns residing in Hancock County. Information and referral services available to all new parents along with an assessment of the familiy's needs prior to or immediately following the birth of the baby (up to 60 days old.) A home visitation program is also available to provide support and information, as well as, transportation as needed to various medical, educational, or other community programs to assist housing, education and/or employment.
